To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食飯無一個半鐘都唔好考慮呢間

之前係銅鑼灣食過幾次，最近搬左黎上環見到有就試下呢間鋪頭地方唔大，可能上環太多商業大廈，好多打工仔，呢間就食過2-3次，愈等愈耐，等入坐都要35-40分鐘。1:15分到，等到1:45，等到無時間，門口叔叔就話轉外賣會即刻俾你，其實都係呃人，同普通排隊係無分別，排隊入去等，坐到入去都要等，最尾迫自己5分鐘食完碗熱面就走。建議食飯時間得一個鐘既朋友真係唔洗考慮呢間，好失望，可惜上環好少少既車仔面鋪真係唔多，唯有以後放假先出銅鑼灣食。
