To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 朋友生日話想食中菜,想搵個坐得舒服啲嘅地方,就揀咗呢間位於Marco Polo酒店6樓米芝蓮推介一星嘅上海菜。本想book七點,但被告知八點半先有位,由於被佢個蟹粉釀蟹蓋吸引着,唯有等等等......餐廳裝潢有舊上海味道,燈光昏暗,都幾有feel古法煙鴨蛋👍🏻 見到啲流心蛋黃就知道好好味🤤淆肉,就失望左少少,啲肉太瘦,有啲乾,三個人竟然都食唔晒小籠包皮薄喊靚,可惜塊皮簿到一夾就穿,啲汁流晒出嚟,好心痛。四隻穿咗三隻🤣登登登登,終於到蟹粉釀蟹蓋,我係比佢個賣相吸引而過黎,開頭以為真係用新鮮蟹個釀的,原來個蟹蓋係陶瓷做的,假既,有啲失望,食落都幾滑,但味道就淡左少少。係我食過最好味嘅牛油津白,好creamy 食上海野甜品當然唔少得高力豆沙,粉紅色嘅糖鋪面,賣相好吸引,香蕉配埋豆沙餡料,簡直係絕配呢個醉雞真係不得了,好滑好滑,淹得好入味🤤我哋8:30食到10點幾,好好坐啱晒一班想傾吓計嘅朋友
