To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟朋友於八月花食晚飯,餐廳人手不足,服務需要改善,點菜、加水及食物分配都要等好耐,要多次舉手搵待應先有人接待。食物價錢偏貴,餐牌上菜式選擇有限,八點左右花雕雞同香酥鴨已經售罄。另外食物質素欠佳,幾道菜都好鹹,當中以紅炆牛肋條最差,收費超過$200,但煮得太耐,啲牛肉好硬又乾,完全無肉汁,而且有牛筋而非全牛肋肉。多年前曾經到過其他八月花分店,印象中食物不錯的,但今次無論食物及服務方面,都實在令人大失所望。
