To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中國人始終比較鍾意食中菜,尤其一家人,更加鍾意圍桌熱左,大家可以食一餐飯,傾吓計。今日同屋企人去咗旺角創興食飯,因為上次同屋企人食燒肉,見到樓下派傳單嘅姐姐介紹7樓開咗一間新酒樓,所以就帶爸爸媽咪你試吓。一上到7樓,電梯門一開,真係估唔到喺旺角咁繁榮嘅地方都有一間咁舒適嘅酒樓,可能由於新開張嘅關係,所以好乾淨,而且座位與座位空間感十足,唔會坐得太擠迫, 服務員嘅態度亦都親切有禮,完全唔覺得係旺角。餐牌設計圖文並茂,除咗有一啲家常小菜,亦都有一啲推介小菜,我地點左幾個小菜,全部水準都好平均,而且好好食。寸露珍菌扣花膠煲 $108佢嘅花膠好大塊,雖然唔算好厚身,不過好入味,好軟稔,呢一碟小菜都幾重口味,如果送白飯就啱晒啦。西班牙黑毛豬义燒皇 $148呢碟叉燒皇唔會有太多色素,肥瘦均勻,咬落不黏口,幾美味。西班牙黑毛豬,比一般我們吃到的叉燒更加爽口,所以特別美味。北京片皮鴨 $188片皮鴨皮真係超香脆,即叫即烤,最叻就係店長將片皮鴨片得厚薄得宜,唔會片左好多肉出嚟,影響咗香脆嘅鴨皮口感。不過片皮鴨腳薄餅皮略嫌有點厚。紫薯淮山浸菜苗 $88呢一個菜苗簡直係賣相一百分,第一次食紫薯加淮山嘅配搭,

紫薯淮山浸菜苗 $88
呢一個菜苗簡直係賣相一百分,第一次食紫薯加淮山嘅配搭,雖然味道唔會話特別驚喜,不過紫薯都幾香甜,而且啲湯係淺紫色,真係好靚呢。

黑椒牛仔骨煲 $138
牛仔骨嘅數量都幾多,而且都幾大塊,唔會太老,成個煲熱辣辣,好好食。最鍾意食煲入邊嘅洋蔥同埋其他配菜,非常入味呢。

黑松露滑蛋炒蝦仁 $108
炒蛋雖然唔算好滑,不過都唔錯喎,而且都食得出黑松露嘅味道,啲蝦雖然新解蝦,但係整體都唔錯呢。
