Restaurant: Dim Sum Library

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不是第一次食dim sum library ,因為對佢哋嘅食物質素有信心所以耐不耐也會約朋友食下點心傾下計。今次專誠約咗舊同事兩個人試吓佢哋新出嘅套餐,一早經open rice 訂位等食好嘢我去到時朋友已經坐低,一張二人枱,明白歺廳為咗保持客人距離要盡量隔開坐,但坐唔夠半個鐘已經發現呢張枱係職員通道(不是廚房通道),成晩不停有人係隔離行出行入,老實講:我唔expect 食一個每人成四百幾蚊嘅晚歺有咁嘅待遇⋯更何況當晩不是full house ,有很多吉枱,點解要安排我哋坐呢張枱!講番食物,係保持水準的,但係唔知點解d點心要一次過上晒五碟,搞到我哋要趕住食(因為凍左唔好食),最ridiculous 係我哋一早訂咗呢個歺,但係居然話預設嘅甜品烏燶蛋賣晒(係賣晒雞蛋嗎?!)求其俾左另一個一d都唔好食嘅朱古力糯米糍,仲好似益左我哋咁話俾四粒我哋,sorry 呀食咗半粒已經唔想再食。一句講晒:二個人嗰晩食咗$847 ,但完全唔deserve 咁嘅待遇,我應該唔會再幫襯了⋯
