To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前兩天和朋友看到這裏有任食點心,心想南海一號作為米芝蓮級別,只需約200元,就算份量有限制的任食也值得。今天12:55到場,安排坐位時問我們介意有點太陽曬到的位置嗎?心想反正沒其他選擇,都可以吧,還好太陽不算猛烈,微冷氣下仍可接受。第一輪看到點心紙逐位計,而非逐件,我們三個人就各款蒸點(蝦餃,燒賣)平均兩件吧。第一輪到後小菜款份量還好,但蒸點只有每人一件,而蝦餃只得一粒(沒有看錯,是一粒),不過心想第一輪還可再叫,雖然三人分一粒有點尷尬,但沒有不滿。之後第二輪麵飯等少量亦很快出。到第三輪打算最後order點多些蝦餃補回,點了18粒,最後只給我們三粒,一問之下經理回覆已經沒有蝦餃了😡如果沒有準備好,為甚麼做任食,雖然味道不錯,但三個人都600元,一般三個人飲茶也夠了吧 。這種不專業的高級點心放題,令人失望,不建議及不介紹其他人去。😡此外,咕嚕肉外脆内軟,可惜掛汁部份不夠
