To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物十年不變

幾年前做左會員2年, 對呢度有小小情意結, 今年有SALES再介紹覺得OK再入會, 星期日第一次番黎食BUFFET都有D失望, 一早知食物種類小唔多選擇, 但無諗到連長腳蟹都無左, 有D食物加得慢有D食完一轉就無換左其他, 幾年前黎食中午都有長腳蟹係好好既, 夠大隻又粗身所以次次必食, 但上年黎過就差晒係瘦弱之餘仲超咸, 瘦到營養不良咁, 點知今次連影都無.....其它熱食都係果D大路野, 十年不變, 但生果今次超讚, 西瓜同哈蜜瓜好甜, 希望酒店方面加番長腳蟹啦 !另外一提係而家疫情期間要取食物一定要戴口罩啦, 見有人係唔戴就行出去攞食物, 我亦有叫在場人仕戴回, 亦有同職員反映. 但有部份職員係見到有人無戴都直行直過當睇唔到, 所以最後向經理/主任反映情況, 好在都馬上叫人戴番, 但其實應該係由職員主動囉...希望餐廰有關方便嚴加管理 !
