To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 慶祝朋友生日去烚下烚下 又可以傾耐啲都唔怕 已經係第二次嚟食呢間大煲皇打邊爐點解會encall 因為佢每樣食物都好新鮮 感覺到佢有誠意 三五知己仲可以擺雙拼 可以有唔同款式嘅食物 又唔使嗌咁多分量我哋今次點咗個~花膠魚翅雞湯底 雖然叫只係$198特價湯底 但係湯底好都濃都好好味 雞塊都好嫩滑( 建議一滾起冇耐就食咗雞先) 之後再飲埋個湯底~正必點之選 牛頸脊~ 唔使多形容大家睇下幅相就知啦必點之選 響鈴~ 新鮮炸起嘅響鈴係完全唔同 鬆軟香脆 加埋個酸汁食perfect(但今次個 酸汁稍為多咗啲酒味) 減少啲酒仲正必點之選~ 蝦滑墨魚骨雙拼, 一直就知新鮮 佢真係好彈牙其他食物質素都保持到特別 佢哋嘅服務態度好好 尤其是server我哋嘅金毛姐姐會繼續幫襯
