To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 永年食物一貫有質素，雖然地點在市中心來說比較隱蔽，但無損顧客慕名而來，咖辣汁依舊出色，麵底也是高質，唯一挑剔係凍檸茶檸檬太薄，篤到爛都沒有酸味，浪費了出色的茶底，得不償失。意見回饋，希望做得更出色，用餐制度相當反智，下單的QR code在座位上，顧客坐下後下完單，要放下私人物品在座位到取餐處取餐，用餐後顧客也是自行送回餐盤，職員基本上係企喺度睇住顧客做以上動作，是否可以改為送餐而不用顧客走上有樓梯的取餐處比較理想？不用顧客來來回回，有些座位在隱蔽處，顧客放下物品也不能睇住
