To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第二次嚟，位於交易廣場嘅翠玉軒，屬美心集團旗下，有啲人一聽到美心就覺得唔夠高級，其實呢間絕對係高檔路線嘅中菜，食嘅野都絕對唔係美心皇宮嘅質素😎一坐低俾碟呢啲咁嘅side dish你，呢啲豆其實有幾好食丫，都唔會有幾多枱食得哂，但就迫你要一碟。如果要比較，鴻星啲魚仔反而就真係食得哂☺️一口鍋巴乳豬件，平時食燒味飯從來唔嗌乳豬，不嬲都冇興趣，但呢個片走大部分肥膏，中間夾一片青瓜，鍋巴脆得嚟唔油，整個組合完全冇油膩嘅感覺。士多啤梨脆蝦球，酸酸甜甜最好餸飯，啲蝦好大隻，肉質好爽👍🏻鮮腐竹豆漿浸菜遠，又唔係好食到係豆漿味，芽菜同紅蘿蔔絲都好草青味... 菜心好嫩仲勁細心摘哂花，啱哂我。仲嗌左兩個湯冇影到，瑤柱燉花菇同海螺燉土雞，講燉湯都係蛇王芬高好多😶甜品西米焗布甸同鮮椰紫米露，布甸ok，紫米露成碗都冇乜米，白奶奶唔啱心水。啲味道同用料係有返咁上下嘅，相比對面白玉蘭，呢邊啲野啱食啲😬會再嚟再食其他野😙
