見以前Butcher club好好食
就黎呢間試下佢既burger同牛扒啦
點知完全唔係果回事
廚師似完全唔識煮野食,所有肉類好似烚出黎咁冇黎火氣。入面仲要生既,牛扒聲稱dry aged 45日,但食落似變質兼煮唔熟既牛扒。
Burger舊肉係凍

包冇煎過,所有配料係m記級數,但收緊$200個包
蟹餅個皮淋晒,入面都唔熱

叫medium rare牛扒,出面完全冇brown,切開入面暗紅色,食落好臭

本人食過好多次dry aged完全唔係呢個味,懷疑佢處理得唔好,用令食物有菌
埋單近$400/位,同行人士食完第二日都又屙又嘔,好恐怖既經歷。






希望呢間野唔好再害人,大家見食評止步。能救一個得一個
