To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 熊拉麵,有兩間分店,兩間質素都一樣的高。今次去到佐敦店,點了兩客拉麵。魚介拉麵,超喜愛這兒的魚介湯,唔太咸,魚味香濃,這款已有溏心蛋,時間適中,咬開係半流心的。今次也點到角叉燒(好多時會賣晒的),質感、味道也非常好。餐枱上有不同配料可加,有紅薑絲、芽菜、酸菜,可跟據自己喜好,隨意添加。我最愛就是加芽菜和薑絲,帶點辣,令到整體味道再升高一個層次。另一碗是鎮店之寶—白熊拉麵,不一樣的豬骨湯,可以整碗,麵加料加湯一併食晒,十分之滿足。
