慶祝周年紀念日,選了這間日本餐廳。電話訂座。門口外設有一個小型展覽廳,介紹日本陶藝,另設有售賣日本蔬果櫃位。因疫情關係,座位保持距離,設有窗口位及梳化位。另一邊是鐵板燒區域,光線充足。我們點了以下菜式:1)燒蠔一隻,賣相好,味淡,易入口。2)赤貝一隻,賣相同樣好,食材新鮮。3)極上壽司12件(Omakase)同樣食材很新鮮,侍應會逐一介紹壽司種類。4)熊本和牛茶漬飯,侍應會用火槍輕輕炙牛肉表面,他會提議先吃牛肉,再吃湯泡飯。牛肉是高質食材,吃下你會感到充滿油份。5)甜品兩款,熊本抹茶奶凍及藍莓雪芭(不定期款式)用心製作。
