To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向都知呢間餐廳多人排隊,但因為我朋友放飯時間比我早,可以排隊先,就不妨一試。朋友排左半個鐘,我剛好到達,職員亦剛好叫到我們的號碼。餐廳裡大半人都點了最出名的滑蛋飯,咁當然都要一試啦。食物於十分鐘後送上,滑蛋好滑,叉燒有d肥,豉油係碟底,係好食既,但食食下覺得好飽,可能因為食左太多蛋同油。飲品點了熱檸茶,正正常常。當我同朋友差唔多飲完既時候,職員突然話夠鐘要走,我極之愕然,下,原來有時間限制架...我自問都食得快,但限時半個鐘就真係有d過份,即係要人三扒兩撥食曬佢,等佢可以做下一輪生意...究竟等半小時值唔值呢?
