清蒸阿拉斯加長腳蟹,足足三斤的蟹未見特別大隻,要供六大兩細享用真的有點免強。真心蟹腳肉有點幼不夠粗壯,幸好鮮味澎湃質地水潤,嫩嫩的蟹肉滴著美妙蟹汁。八隻腳剛剛夠每人一隻,前菜熱熱身不用太飽。芝士焗澳洲龍蝦伊麵,伊麵烚得過濕過耐有點發脹,麵香味完全流失而且偏散碎,掛滿芝士汁直接用筷子掃落口還可以。龍蝦肉爽彈結實,鮮味非凡,連殼都損得乾乾淨淨。蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子皇,最難控制溫度及時間,蟶子要夠熱夠嫩夠多汁,粉絲要爽要索汁,全部一次過倒入嘴仔,鮮甜彈牙加蒜香拍爛手掌!炸子雞,熱辣辣新鮮出爐香噴噴,勁肥美嫩滑,薄薄脆皮極香口黏著白滑嫩肉,沾點燒味豉油清爽品嚐。海港招牌燒鵝,遠近馳名必食之選!比大部份燒味檔都要高質色香味美。嬌嫩多汁的鵝肉,脆皮鬆化油香鵝皮,散發勾魂香料味道,梗係一件接一件搶住食啊!脆皮乳豬,香脆乾爽豬皮,無肥膏而肉質幼嫩甜美無過咸,真心可遇不可求!帶子珊瑚蚌炒西蘭花,爽脆菜甜強烈的翠綠西蘭花,不過腍過熟。帶子甜甜滑滑,珊瑚蚌爽爽脆脆帶鮮不腥。清蒸海斑,無睇錯應該杉斑來的。養魚沒鮮味,十分結實不嫩的肉質。海蜇,跟兒時的海蜇無得比!以前爽脆結實粗糙有質感,現時滑嘟嘟略腍,靈魂酸辣蒜汁淡
