食完整體係無印象,無特別感覺既一餐。無wow factor。應該無興趣再黎。因為咁既價錢對普通人黎講唔吸引。你要吃力啲埋單既一餐都要留黎好食啲個種。😬但如果我有億億聲既commen係:可以常黎食下,當換下口味既。送既開胃菜,日色鰹魚湯咩藍蝦蘿蔔,無感唔難食。無感 蕃茄加水牛芝士醬同啫喱嘅物體。呢個鴨肝好食,但未去到嘩一聲。係高質鴨乾醬,絕對好食。龍蝦湯極濃極好味,因為太濃。中間嘅雲吞冇存在感。好似食緊一塊厚嘅粉皮咁樣。粟米湯無特別感覺,我飲左兩啖既感想係:早知唔好叫多呢個course😬蒸鱈魚?魚係鱈魚,好新手整都滑啦我覺得,好普通。個汁唔啱個人口味。好普通既煎牛,仲加左六百幾。😭😭😭無咩牛味,啲肉質幾林嘅。咁囉.....(咁樣我去超市買三百蚊既和牛牛扒大火煎仲好,呢個扒表面係無焦香既)對我來講幾腥,我食唔落。跟侍應講主廚建議五成熟。我食左一啖,肉味太濃,唔啱我。同行人有食晒。甜品無感,咖啡唔香。(robuchon係暫時見識少飲得少:成世人最好味既咖啡,超香)真係要試多啲餐廳,之前頹,剩係食下附近既,再加上自己煮到。車程咁耐為啲咩?呢啲原因攪到唔出去試下。真係要多試多比較。之前食既L’A
