To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食過香港好多omakase包括米芝蓮,多數都在港島區,今次專程入元朗,仲要食之前兩個小時才book位,估唔到又book到!環境算大,坐滿哂人,我地被安排坐角落近大門口位,但非常擠迫,基本上隔離既人傾計完全聽哂,人地打個乞痴d氣都傳到來🙄價錢同中環灣仔差不多,但環境和舒適度同茶餐廳一樣嘈雜,d位仲逼過大排擋...好彩既係sushi chef有禮貌之餘也會take care每位客人。Prepare食物時佢會高調d有好多動作,似係China town果d 鐵板chef表演比外國人睇ge方式,但我唔buy呢套,食物質素才最重要。Order左$530 & $800的omakase,chef好好話可以share,因為大部分其他都唔會咁自動offer,所以值得一讚!同埋好多chef身邊都有徒弟幫手,但sushi man可以一個人take care哂咁多客人,好嘢!但壽司功力以呢個價錢不算很好,因為有三件會跌飯粒,其中一隻蝦都跌埋。最新鮮係sea urchin cup同埋一開頭的刺身,係非常juicy。反而壽司飯上面的魚就average貨色,溫度入口怪怪的,味道唔突出,一般日本料理店都有這種質素。但最
