To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 依家嚟講下自己喺"如"嗰次嘅食趣,實話實說嘅。首先,個龍井茶,真係飲落順喉到不得了,啱晒鍾意悠閒品味嘅我。食咗個脆釀焗蟹蓋,份量掂晒,外皮香脆到彈牙,每啖都爽口得黎唔膩,咬落去鮮美嘅蟹肉猶如弾在舌尖,我隻眼都要笑返去。花膠絲鮮竹濃湯浸時蔬,飲一湯匙,簡直是清爽之中帶點講究,食材爽滑,鮮味十足😍。嚟到陳皮意大利黑醋骨,夾一啖落口,嗰份醋香同陳皮嘅清香互相配合,齒頰留香,令人一試難忘。認真講,蟹蓋同意大利黑醋骨兩樣野,喺呢度食,真係正到不得了。味道同賣相都正,未試過嘅朋友,跟住小編黎一次,絕對唔會失望架!👍 整體嚟講,呢餐食真係值得畀個like,捧場無錯啦!🥢✨
