To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人都食過好幾次日式放題,第一次有食嘢似打仗的感覺😒昨晚一行廿幾人聚餐,早幾天已 Book 20:30-23:00。在樓下等人之際職員話要排隊……吓咁 Book 咩枱呀!原來他們是全埸分時段式,即是上一輪食完,全場清理好再入新容。問題即同時爆發。1. 進出餐廳唯一途徑~只有兩部各容納10左右的升降機。2. 一百幾十位飢餓食客同時落單/攞飮品亂到七彩。3. 漏單已是正常,一些即製食品半小時到未到。4. 無人收碟就不在話吓(為有自己執😞)在一偏混亂之中食到22:00都無嘜印象自己食咗D咩!唯有印象成囗榴槤味,同超迷你壽司(正常的1/3大小)整體食物能新鮮,款式多。嗜榴槤的朋友一定滿足(有炸榴槤球,榴槤糯米糍……),全部都好濃郁榴槤味。於本人來說~好難有下次(只是有食物來就放入口,不是享受美食)。
