To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天與朋友吃晚飯，行經看到這家米芝蓮粥店便試一試。之前有吃過在香港仔的分店，但不是吃粥的，是茶餐廳，都很不錯，所以很放心，應該不會不好吃。兩個人點了兩碗粥share吃，滑牛粥和帶子豬潤粥，還有糖醋木耳和油炸鬼。不算等很耐食物就送到枱上，糖醋木耳一般，醋味過濃，太酸了。至於粥方面很不錯，食材新鮮，牛肉很嫩滑，另一碗的帶子和豬潤也一樣，應該是生滾的，所以剛剛熟，不會煮得過火，粥底也相當綿。很讚的是油炸鬼，很新鮮，像是即叫即炸那種，鬆脆。整體來說很不錯，食物、環境、職員態度都滿意，但價錢就略為貴了一點。
