渝味曉宇係一間由國內開過黎嘅連鎖重慶火鍋店,香港人鍾意打邊爐,喺香港主打重慶火鍋嘅食店唔算少,不過好多時哩類重慶火鍋店都為左迎合香港人口味保留返少量香港人成日食嘅火鍋料,所以當我睇倒渝味曉宇個menu竟然冇香港人必點嘅炸魚皮、炸響鈴同出前一丁都感到有啲意外,不過咁樣唔代表食店火鍋料選擇少,反而係佢地嘅食材真係似返地道嘅重慶火鍋,雖然對香港人黎講可能會有啲唔慣,不過個人覺得係個唔錯嘅體驗。渝味曉宇店面幾大,我最鍾意佢嗰排窗口位。因為見佢午市鍋底免費,加上食到飽都仲有大把時間消化,所以就揀左假日黎個打邊爐做午餐。一座低仲睇緊點咩食,侍應先黎每人一碗糖水(免費)暖下胃,可以邊食邊慢慢睇。番茄配大骨滋補鍋哩度嘅湯底選擇雖然唔算多,不過最正係湯底係斷位計,每位$38,就算人少都唔怕要share個貴湯底。因為朋友唔係好接受倒麻辣,所以我地就揀左唔辣嘅番茄湯同大骨滋補湯。番茄湯底入面有番茄同金菇,番茄酸味好出,好好味。大骨滋補鍋入面有粟米、紅棗同豬骨,味道較似味精湯,冇番茄湯咁好飲。茶芥$20/位,留意哩度嘅醬料唔多,只有豉油、醋、蒜蓉、蔥花同麻油,係冇辣椒嘅,如果真係想食辣嘅,就一定要點麻辣湯底。

火鍋料方面,最值得一讚係全部野都可以點半份,因為我地得兩個人,就全部叫半份,試多幾樣。

哩個炸酥肉外表有似似炸魷魚鬆,炸漿香脆得黎唔會太厚,中間仲加左花椒,香口之餘多左陣鹹鮮味。

牛肉上面鋪滿辣椒同花椒,為左唔好影響湯底嘅味道,我地都放到最後先食。麻辣牛肉幾腍幾滑,辣度大約係中辣至小辣之間,唔算辣得太辛苦,反而麻味比較突出。

曉宇苕粉($29/半份)

苕粉其實即係厚身版薯粉,喺四川一帶都好常見,不過香港就唔多地方有得食。苕粉同薯粉一樣淥到半透明就食得,因為比較厚身,所以食落亦特別彈口,如果本身鍾意食薯粉嘅Q彈口感,應該都會鍾意苕粉。

總結,火鍋料幾有特式,質素亦唔錯,侍應亦會不時主動加湯,最正係湯底以人頭收費,所有火鍋料最少可以點半份,最啱而家哩個時候兩個人都可以試多幾款。
