呢間餐廳之前都已經聽過好多人介紹,朋友直程將佢列為「必去餐廳之一」,所以今次就同佢黎,叫咗一份二人餐。我地呢個Set for 2裡面有一份小食,小食方面我就叫咗水牛城雞翼,微微嘅辣,配上炸得非常香口嘅雞翼,一路食嘅時候,雞油一路溢出黎,是非常好的體驗。再之後就嚟咗一份餐湯,有龍蝦湯同埋蘑菇湯,龍蝦湯有非常香嘅炒蝦殼嘅味道;蘑菇湯汁非常濃郁,充滿非常濃厚的忌廉和蘑菇碎。再之後嚟咗一份威靈頓三文魚,呢一個主菜嘅特別之處在於,佢用咗威靈頓牛柳嘅煮法,但係就唔係用牛肉,以三文魚代替,酥皮同埋三文魚中間有一層好厚嘅香草牛油,提升左整個三文魚嘅油份,亦令到焗三文魚變得非常香口。再之後我哋叫咗一份冬陰功Risotto,我會形容呢個絕對係呢一餐飯特色之一,因為平時冬陰功都係好傳統嘅整法,會做湯,但係佢將湯同埋意大利米煮成為呢一款飯,色落去嘅時候會有微酸,微辣嘅味道,加上海鮮非常新鮮,所以很不錯。餐飲方便我哋叫咗一杯白酒,一杯紅酒,甜度足夠,非常不錯。
