主菜出場~ 慢燒美國牛肉眼US Beef Rib Eye ,300g的肉眼扒以慢火燴煮而成(Medium done) ,把肉汁完美鎖起,肉香四溢,油脂均勻,牛味濃郁,讓人齒頰留香!

另一道主菜是鮮鱸魚柳配日本帶子Pan-Fried Fillet of Seabass with Sea Scallop,鱸魚肉滑溜又鮮甜,魚皮香煎後份外香口微脆。日本帶子鮮嫩,入口滑溜。

值得一讚是配菜也一絲不苟,有香煎蕃茄及甜蕃薯蓉,同樣味美。

最後當然是甜品,小巧精緻,兩種口味,芒果及朱古力同樣是我至愛,甜味適中,雖然已經很飽,但實在令人難以抗拒呢!
