To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日與媽媽和弟弟在荃灣西站尋找美食荃灣，在海之戀商場,與家人嘆吓茶行吓街，輕鬆寫意。清明時節，竟然等咗半小時就可以入座，仲安排坐海景枱，望着海上悠閑自得的海鷗，樂也融融。由於家姐與他的兒孫往海洋公園度假兩天，故我們三人近近地在荃灣嘆茶。我特別喜愛金箔鮮蝦姬松茸餃和燕窩椰子糕，安蝦鹹水角也不錯，外皮份外香脆。與家人傾吓，笑吓享受吓，樂聚天倫。餐後仲去行運動服店舖，另外買護膚品，食品，一個商場已滿足媽媽的購物慾，哈哈。
