今天我和家人終於來到期待而久的米芝蓮二星中菜廳~「天龍軒」飲茶了,兩星期前預訂時希望安排窗邊的位置,沒想到我們最後竟然有幸坐到窗邊,而且今天更天公造美,可以觀賞一望無際的大海和天空,我們一邊飲茶一邊看風景,簡直是視覺與味覺的極致享受今次我們分別點了一系列餐廳的招牌菜色,包括蝦多士、黑豚肉叉燒、吉品鮑魚酥、炸蟹蓋和龍鳳燒賣等,當中大部份的味道都簡直堪稱一絕,果然是名副其實的米芝蓮二星餐廳No.1【窩邊大蝦多士】$156由於蝦多士是即叫即炸,所以外皮十分香脆可口,油而不膩,而內裡的質感則十分爽嫩彈牙,鮮美多汁,細嚼慢嚥的時候,鮮甜無比的蝦汁更立即傾巢而出,在唇齒間留下一絲絲濃郁的鮮蝦氣息,口感細膩而延綿,讓人陶醉其中,難以忘懷No.2【蜜燒西班牙黑豚肉叉燒】$400叉燒需要一天前預訂,今次我們四人預留了一份叉燒,總共有八件可惜的是,雖然叉燒的醬汁十分香甜可口,甜香四溢,但是肉質卻不夠柔軟嫩滑和軟綿綿,其實我上次品嚐「嘉麟樓」的叉燒亦同樣有這個問題,我發現自己竟然喜愛街市 $40的叉燒質素,多過酒店 $400的叉燒味道No.3【中東吉品鮑魚酥】$168/位鮑魚的質感煙煙韌韌,每一口都很有嚼勁
