To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日難得出太子就順便過嚟好耐冇食過既雲桂香到食，落單時正常冇咩野發生，但到笫1碗米線上時，發現我要的豬軟骨變成豬頸肉，即叫樓面阿姐話俾錯了，而同時發現張單第2碗亦同樣將豬軟骨落咗豬頸肉，而果個扎頭髮既阿姐(並不是落單果個）話係我地叫錯，仲拎埋佢同事張手寫單過嚟話單係寫豬頸肉係我地叫錯，我忍唔住同佢講竹，第1張單又唔係我寫 ，係你同事聽錯之後寫錯咗，況且單係你地寫，點可以反影到一定係我叫錯？第2 ，我地分別2個人，各志叫自己果碗，當我真係叫錯我自己果碗 咁我朋友果碗又會咁啱又叫錯，又咁啱張豬軟骨叫錯豬頸肉？最好笑係，唔夠10分鐘，另1張格又係寫錯單，人地要豬紅佢地落咗蘿蔔，總之，有錯單一定係個客錯，職員冇錯，一定唔會落錯單既。仲有啲米線好咸，我叫小辣，都可以咸到食唔落。
