我們叫了燒乳鴿和瑞士乳鴿,我覺得比龍華好食,但又不至於回味無窮。反而令我最難忘的是套餐的甜品 - 牛油蛋糕。自幾十年前出現了忌廉蛋糕之後,本人便不再吃牛油蛋糕,因為我感覺很膩。想不到太平館做得很好吃,令我想起童年時阿媽買牛油蛋糕給我吃的感覺,但又對它不反感,不但甜味恰到好處,仲好好食。
