1: 咸菜胡椒豬肚湯:豬肚煲得很淋,胡椒味很濃郁,鹹菜不會太咸,還有適當的甜味,配料剛剛好,恰到好處!2:神草蒸比目魚: 最愛吃魚的我,這個可以說是我蠻期待的,比目魚的肉質非常嫩滑,一口咬下去還有淡淡的魚香味,醬油不咸也不甜,剛剛好,令人吃完樂而忘返!3:咕嚕豬頸肉:第一次試過用豬頸肉做的咕嚕肉,想不到肉質如此出人意表,不油膩也不硬,反帶點酸溜溜和甜膩膩的醬汁,十分可口。再配上鮮菠蘿,令整個菜式更加出色!4:菊花豆腐:菊花豆腐真的第一次,除了感慨廚師怎麼可以弄到如此漂亮,更是迫不及待的嘗試什麼味道,果然沒有失望,真的格外美味,新鮮的姜味,吃完還想再吃!總之非常美味啦!
