To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 公司就在餐廳的對面,它開業了一年,居然沒有發現,就證明了它有多隱世。中午到來,只有午市套餐;自己點了萬巒豬手飯及青木瓜排骨湯。豬手已滷得十分入味,根本不用蘸酱吃,已经很好吃;其他的配菜包括聖女果也可口,還有滷肉飯也有濃油赤醬之境界,不錯。排骨湯很清甜,只是排骨煲得不夠酥,有點失分。吃到中途已急不及待問店員拿晚間的menu看及問訊開酒的費用,這地方一定要再來試試其他經典台灣菜。其中店的裝修十分小資文青,感覺清新,尤其是餐廳內面靠窗的桌子看著樹影婆娑,很適合小酌聊天。
