很久沒有吃過星馬菜了,在朋友介紹下來一嚐《肉骨皇》肉骨茶以砂鍋呈上,有睇頭亦能保持温度。靜待數分鐘後便可把煲蓋移除,看到肉骨茶滾下滾下的。先喝一小口,味道有點甘甜,比我想像中的藥材味少!(本人是很怕吃中藥的)湯料超多的,肉即使附著骨也不會很少,還伴有金菇、腐竹、豆卜等多種配料~蝦餅是餐廳手攪的,足足有五塊之多,每塊的蝦肉厚實,非常彈牙~咖喱辣度適中,不甜也不會印度咖喱般很重口味。牛腩炆得超軟熟,再加入茄子、豆角、薯仔等,份量剛好,不會太滯~酥餅用以醮咖喱一流,但如有更多就更好了~飲品是石榴梳打和青檸梳打~另提,這裡的服務很好,老闆娘為免我們坐得太迫而特地安排我們轉座位,而且不時會走過來為我們介紹食物,非常貼心~
