To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

素來大坑出名多美食,休休閒閒來到大坑,在星期五的晚上,很多食肆也未有坐滿,但經過看見這家大燈箱寫著「肉骨茶」的店舖,竟然坐滿了人,便毫不猶豫地選擇了這家餐廳。打開餐牌,食物款式不少,但聞著隔離桌子飄過來的肉骨茶湯,很難令人不選擇它。等了不久,飲品先上,石榴梳打是很漂亮的顏色。石榴味很重,但絕對不是死甜,感覺是很新鮮的石榴混合梳打水的味道。然後,熱滾滾的馬拉盞炒菜心也到了。吃到有點像蝦膏蠔油的味道,跟外面餐廳的馬拉盞炒菜有點不同,醬料是教杰身的,但這樣卻更能使每條菜也能掛汁。香噴噴的肉骨茶鴨腿湯飯也到了。鴨腿大大隻,肉質鮮嫩,完全吸收了肉骨茶的味道,湯底比較鮮甜,有濃香的藥材味,混合米飯一起進食,更加好味。這家店的蝦餅也十分出色,是新鮮炸的,咬下去外面脆而內裏則保持彈性。蝦餅內的蝦肉是新鮮的,因為保持了一定的彈性,配上醬料一起吃,愈吃愈想吃進食期間,看見陸陸續續也有不少熟客/街坊光顧,相信也是因為好品質,才能把客人留住吧順帶一提,餐廳的員工也十分友善和諧,令客人感覺舒適。門外的大燈箱很易認
