我一直都想食太子呢間隱世日式串燒店,可惜一直都訂唔到位。最近先知佢哋係土瓜灣有分店,座位比太子店更寬敞,師傅同樣高質,就吸引我第一次踏入土瓜灣搵食😋我哋被安排坐吧枱,可以望到師傅燒烤的過程,而當燒好一串,師傅會放上我哋面前的黑石小枱,好似食緊omakase咁㗎。牛舌心 (HK$58)這是牛舌最中間和最厚肉個部份,師傅調味得好好,燒得油脂分布平均,好多汁❤️*雞皮 (HK$32)估唔到不只是食到雞皮,仲有少少雞肉,所以口感是外脆內軟,味道好好👍🏻鹽燒豬肋條 (HK$38)豬肋條帶有油脂和旁邊有少少筋膜,燒烤後再調味,入口軟嫩帶有少少脆的口感,正!雞頸肉 (HK$38)呢個部位,通常都係骨多過肉,很少見到用來做串燒,點了一串試下。嘩!原來是卷起一串的雞頸肉,無骨,肉質嫩滑。銀杏 (HK$58)呢串銀杏看似平凡,但入口軟身多肉,師傅的獨特調味,令銀杏變得好甜好好味😋汁燒雞肉蔥串 (HK$42)這個同出面嘅雞肉蔥串不一樣,不是薄切雞肉片卷住啲蔥,而係汁燒厚切雞肉,之後在上面加特別調味嘅蔥花。這令我有驚喜😍味噌黑毛䐁肉五花腩 (HK$42)上枱時巳有好香豚肉味撲鼻,其油脂和肌筋膜都好均勻,令肉質保

上枱時巳有好香豚肉味撲鼻,其油脂和肌筋膜都好均勻,令肉質保持軟身,不過我覺得呢款味噌同黑毛䐁肉唔係好夾,不是我喜歡的味道🫢

吉列廣島蠔 (HK$78)
炸得皮薄、酥脆、不油膩,廣島蠔嘅肉質鮮嫩、多汁,雖然唔算好大隻。伴有蛋黃沙律醬和燒烤醬來曾添味道,也配有沙律菜減肥膩。
