To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上年去嗰陣時仲係六人限聚令，聽人講book呢間好難，要等一個月咁啱嗰陣時解放至6個，就啱啱好食到呢間你都唔駛等book咗佢就即刻安排到你入去環境都舒服，咁啱安排咗坐入房所以都好靜口水雞唔辣，果汁有埋芝麻醬好香鹹蛋黃炒蝦球，我覺得鹹蛋黃可以再落多啲會更香落咗啲木魚唔係好夾酒糟鵝肝，好重酒味，唔係個個食到😂本人鍾意飲酒，就梗係冇問題啦正常炒飯，係吵得夠乾身，啲蛋都香，不過就唔特別，普通咗少少咁啦好難食到好食嘅松子魚，好多地方都係用鱸魚鱸魚有泥味，所以唔好食小籠包正正常常，都係要趁熱食啦，個皮好硬就會好難食奶油津白好耐都冇食過，呢間整得幾好，唔會太膩烤鴨終於出場，個樣好睇，不過少咁啲油香下面都有好多鴨肉，啲皮啱啱好遮住曬🤣唔知係咪坐嘅位置咁岩比較大冷氣，所以啲包皮都好快凍哂叉子包住啲鴨鬆，炒得幾野味😋
