To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物質素有問題,同樣是牛小排,出來兩份相差太遠,可以看圖比較,明顯用一般肥牛頂替,無論點4份或12份都係出一盤牛小排比你,每次15至20分鐘才出一次牛肉order,催佢話牛肉切緊,中午得兩枱客打邊爐,出食物都可以咁慢,肯定無下次。叫餃子其它食物就好快出嚟。食物選擇少,大部份是要加錢,出前一丁都要加錢,任食plan嚟講第一次見。食牛大人,牛陣等,一叫便十幾盤來,第一次試過每次每款牛肉只來一盤,我4位食,每人幾件牛肉,又要等15分鐘。中午比超過300元的任食plan真心覺得過份。
