今晚有幸被邀請去鼎爺私房菜試一試鼎爺嘅手勢。前菜嘅阿爺叉燒係由本地嘅黑毛豬做,肥瘦適中。 鮑魚酒用花雕浸,好入味。蝦餅個人覺得唔夠彈牙。蒜蓉蒸象拔蚌。 象拔蚌很鮮甜,不過重點要放在二十年嘅陳皮身上。錦鹵雲吞。 重點都係個汁, 同坊間比冇咁酸。 送了有叉燒,豬肚, 菠蘿同埋紅椒。五指毛桃螺頭湯,好潤好甜好飲, 湯渣啲螺頭都好好食。欖角骨,相對較平淡嘅一道菜。砂鍋蒜子紅炆斑翅。 用深海嘅大魚造成,啖啖肉,魚翅部分充滿骨膠原。花甲浸時蔬,另一度較平淡的菜。阿爺乞兒雞,好有雞味,肉都夠嫩滑。桂花黃金炒飯,有鍋氣,每粒飯都係分開嘅,唔會黐埋一舊舊。聽講呢碟飯用咗九隻蛋。仙翁米西米露,唔太甜,啱晒我口味。雖然食物水準都算頗高,但每人收費千二蚊以上真係有點貴。但同場加映阿爺出嚟同我哋影幾張相,同電視直播阿爺煮餸,叫做補償下啦。
