To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

驟眼門面你完全唔覺得是什麼特別的雲吞麵店，以為是一間十分普通的雲吞麵店，居然夠膽賣一碗招牌撈麵是要75元，在這個平民化的地區，你一定會覺得瘋狂，附近平均20元不用一碗，究竟有咩咁巴閉？門面沒有傳統雲吞麵店一大鍋腩汁，清湯和掛起的腩肚肉，反而有一部好像泥水工既機器，還在想不是裝修吧。自己對蝦子有敏感，所以唔敢叫他們頂級撈麵，退而其次的六寶撈麵。六寶包括 牛腩， 豬手， 蝦肉雲吞 瑤柱魚肉雲吞 蟹王雲吞 和北京水餃。上來了，完全是喜出望外，麵是比一般彈牙很多，又不會粘在一起(其他地方撈麵很多都會痴埋一舊舊),麵是鴨蛋不是雞蛋麵，雲吞雖不算出色，但麵挽回不足，更厲害是全程得麵的彈牙度是一樣，也難怪會連續幾屆的米芝蓮推介，值得再試。最後，原來店面那水泥機實際是製麵機…麵…還要用竹壓嗎？
