Restaurant: Hong Kong Old Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日打算到尖東永安百貨買東西,十二時正便先來到附近的香港老飯店吃上海菜。來到此飯店地下的大門口,當然要留步欣賞一下國畫大師劉海粟先生於1993年訪港時為香港老飯店親筆提字的牌扁。拾級上至一樓,便抵達這保留懷舊風格的飯店大堂。多就五講,一座低就馬上叫左個賽螃蟹,跟平常吃的不一樣,中間有一隻蛋黃,混合起來吃很有蛋香瑤柱也令它提鮮了。翅群雲吞湯,有大量的魚唇,且厚身,富彈性,骨膠原重,雲吞的皮很薄,入口順滑,雲吞內涵菜肉比例很好,不得不提這個湯很清甜,配上少量金華火腿的鹹香,簡直一流。味道都可以不過價格貴。
