沙田新城市大多是些吃膩了的連鎖店為主,所以特地走過城門河,大概15分鍾步程,來到這酒店吃晚餐當晚的亮點就在這36安士和牛斧頭扒!巨型的斧頭扒，足足36oz，夠4人以上分享！建議是選7成熟，而剛好旁邊的位置是7成，中心近骨位置會接近5成熟，可以滿足不同人的喜好。牛肉脂肪量適中，口感鬆軟，十分Juicy！上桌後淋上燃燒中的酒精再燒一燒，焦香明顯，油香更突出！不過旁邊的配菜(薯仔、瓜等等)吸了剩餘的酒精，變得苦澀。除了有噱頭的斧頭扒，其他基本的意大利菜菜式都做得不做錯。前菜的無花果沙律，甜醋濃稠量足，無花果及火箭菜都好新鮮。龍蝦湯好有驚喜!原來看樣以為是普普通通的西湯，原來內有真龍蝦肉，果然足料!旁邊的多士粒十分鬆脆，是有蒜香的，一點都不馬虎。湯的龍蝦味濃，唯口味偏鹹，喝完整碗會口渴。粗身的寬意粉向來是我的最愛，因為它最能掛醬汁，跟這個濃濃的忌廉汁尤其合襯!意粉上有帶子及當中有菇菌，但帶子似是急凍貨，質素一般。最後來到甜品時間，上層及底層都是朱古力蛋糕，中間是Tiramisu，芝士味跟朱古力味好平衡，雖然沒有浮誇的外表但味道不錯！
