To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運不嬲都好出名,之前試過陪外國朋友食過香港站嗰間,勁多人又有少少貴,搞到之後都好少再去添好運食,今日朋友提起,又再去試吓,主要都係為咗酥皮叉燒包而來。咩都唔使講,呢個真係王牌,唔識就你走寶,個酥皮焗得勁香脆,啲包又好軟綿綿,成為左最好嘅對比,而入邊嘅叉燒都肥瘦均勻,超級好食,睇返張相又想再食啦!其他點心,都唔錯的,但係對比其他茶樓選擇就唔算話好多,但係質素都唔差,我哋叫咗鳳爪、鳳爪排骨飯、蛋白春卷、仲有牛肉球。埋單之後覺得都好抵食,唔知係咪因為呢一間比較少遊客同本地啲?所以價錢比我印象中平,下次都會再返嚟呢間分店都食!
