Dear Neighbor #西環 #黃店💛❗️鄰舍的恬靜 鄰居的和善❗️就好似其名’Dear Neighbour’，年年嘅店主非常和藹可親，友善對待每位嚟到嘅客人，去過嘅人都對店主態度讚嘆不絕☺️佢會主動向客人介紹食品，亦會詢問客人意見。Cafe採取灰灰黑黑嘅色調，有上下兩層，給人一種舒適恬靜嘅感覺🥰。星期六下午兩點左右嚟到，兩層Cafe都坐滿晒人，的確幾多捧場客👍🏻Cafe售賣嘅食物種類唔多，主要係全日早餐同埋意粉，另外每日亦有唔同嘅甜品，最特別嘅係佢哋有特色咖啡Irish coffee, tonic espresso等等。Irish coffee☕️$60曾經係維也納飲過，當時咖啡含有酒精濃度高嘅irish whiskey，唔鍾意酒精嘅我有啲卻步🙈但呢杯居然帶有酒香卻無酒精，而且咖啡味道濃苦香醇、餘韻十足。厚厚的泡沫亦非常細密輕盈，非常有驚喜👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻問老闆點做到，老闆笑言話係商業秘密呢🤭。味道: 4.5/5性價比: 4.3/5Tonic espresso🥃$55Espresso加上Tonic water，給人一向清新嘅感覺。這杯加上檸檬，感覺更為清涼，味道酸酸甜甜，咖啡味道不太重，唔

Espresso加上Tonic water，給人一向清新嘅感覺。這杯加上檸檬，感覺更為清涼，味道酸酸甜甜，咖啡味道不太重，唔苦澀。只是較愛香濃咖啡嘅我略嫌咖啡味道不太夠🙈，甜度較我以往飲嘅高咗啲。

整體來講，cafe比我嘅感覺舒適，而且working friendly，有唔少人嚟睇書做嘢🥰特別impressed by佢嘅Irish coffee，鍾意飲咖啡嘅一定要黎試吓！
Opened by a young passionate man, the cafe is cozy, providing special coffee, all day breakfast and pasta at reasonable price.
The founder is enthusiastic about coffee and is very welcoming! He will chat with all the customers to ask for their opinions.
Went on a Saturday afternoon, even though the cafe is 2-storey high, it was so packed. Yet, the environment was still comfy and cozy. I enjoyed 2 cups of their special coffee: Irish $60, Tonic $55 that day.
IRISH $60
Surprisingly, this Irish was non alcoholic yet with the aroma of Irish whiskey!! It had a strong aftertaste as well!! Equally amazed me was the thick layered foam. It was just perfect!

Tonic is just generally perfect for summer time. Added with some lemon juice, the freshness of the coffee was enhanced to max! But this tasted a bit sweeter than the usual one I had.

Overall, I had a really nice time here. The drinks were good and the service was excellent. It is a working friendly cafe too!
