咁啱行入黎大澳,離遠已經暈到好香蛋味同埋砂糖味,果種香味仲濃過係我隔離燒緊既燒魷魚。抬高頭一睇,就見到一條長長既人龍,目測都有二三十人排緊,唔講我以為派口罩,點知原來佢地排緊既就係我聞到好香既食物,沙翁!可能好多後生一輩都未必知咩叫沙翁,其實沙翁的做法非常簡單,只需4步就完成:1.     全蛋和蛋黃打發成蛋液;2.     麵粉、糯米粉、泡打粉、鹽和煉奶加水牛油拌勻後成粉糰;3.     粉糰加入雞蛋液至稠身的蛋糊;4.     用手擠出蛋球(用手唧魚蛋方法),然後放入鍋中,以小火去炸,不時用湯勺/筷子推動蛋球,待蛋球發大及金黃色後,拿出瀝乾油份,立刻撲上白砂糖便可。簡單黎講,成件沙翁最最最最最最主要既食材就係雞蛋!而依間野點解咁多人排隊呢?就係因為佢根本就炸唔切,賣唔切。所以每一件沙翁都係新鮮炸起,蛋香,糖味,蓬鬆既空氣感!無論食咩都好,都係新鮮最好食!

可能好多後生一輩都未必知咩叫沙翁,其實沙翁的做法非常簡單,只需4步就完成:
