To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽説萬豪自助餐好掂，所以趁生日有人請食飯即管一試都ok 既……冇生豪，冇鵝肝……令我可以食其他熱盤刺身有六款，吾算太突出，冇話超級鮮，食左一轉，因想食第二轉巳冇哂帶子，冇refill🙄，其他又麻麻轉食2件油甘魚壽司，都ok反而羊架，牛ok好未，未試過食buffet可以食2件羊架，(因冇乜野想再食)冷盤蝦、蟹ok熱盤試哂蒜容蒸蝦，花膠海蔘鮑魚，片皮鴨，椒鹽魚，菇……都ok甜品也冇食，因酒店送左個細芝麻蛋糕，幾好食總括也飽的不過吾太貴……HSBC 85折埋單2人1288
