唔係喺炮台山返工嘅朋友帶我嚟呢度,都唔會知道原來呢一間完全唔顯眼嘅拉麵小店係咁有驚喜。店舖唔算好大,所以只有一個廚師負責準備食物。拉麵嘅選擇亦都唔多,只有五款,而且係全部set好哂湯底濃度,麵身軟硬度等等。但如果想追加配料,都有六款選擇。亦可以選擇加大一倍麵量。今次就選擇咗加木耳,原本以為係加入拉麵入邊,點知原來係一個冷盤小食。用醋調過味嘅木耳酸酸地好開胃。到主角拉麵,今次我就揀咗海老豚骨,即係蝦味增豚骨拉麵。湯底係非常非常濃郁既蝦湯,面頭加上大量櫻花蝦乾,令蝦味更加香濃!除咗湯底,配料叉燒一直都係拉麵嘅第二主角。呢度嘅叉燒夠薄夠大片,而且唔肥,但又唔會好乾好鞋。而朋友就選擇咗香辣蕃茄豚骨拉麵,紅紅嘅湯底上面仲有一大pat蕃茄蓉,令味道更濃郁,而且的確真係辣咖。如果想更加特別嘅話,可以加埋芝士粉,估唔到用平時食西餐意粉嘅食法,加芝士粉落拉麵度都好夾咖喎,食落仲更加有層次。仲要值得一讚嘅就係呢度嘅糖心蛋,蛋白夠味嫩滑,蛋黃香濃,好正!
