Restaurant: 容記小菜王

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳位置其實係幾方便嘅,就近喺太子站五分鐘路程,一般嚟講要搵一啲衛生不錯嘅中菜館,容記係不錯選擇,但今次嘅食物體驗真係令人非常失望下次不會再來.門口係光頭部長全程黑面,好心問左幾次要餐牌,又唔應人,又唔講野, 之後仲要成張餐牌拍落我身上,好心做服務業就保持基本水準。食物方面叫咗海鮮炒粉絲以及小炒王,味道比以往偏鹹,份量不變,師傅炒得仍然鑊氣十足,但整體炒得過火口感一般,已經冇咗以前嘅一貫水準。時間雖然係晚上七點,但以往人頭湧湧嘅場面已經不在,今次去只係淨返三份一人喺晚市坐,我估計相當程度係因為服務水準非常差劣,第二級係食物質素下降。
