To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 塊吉列蒟蒻做到蝦嘅型狀,味道好似魚柳味、口感,餐牌到有得揀唔辣/微辣,彈性好高,啱唔太食辣嘅朋友,用傳統大大粒嘅意大利飯粒,大粒至於咬口一流,做到意大利燴飯嘅口感,冬陰公味最濃,真系好好味😋

環境以白色同紫色為主,燈光偏白
椅上面軟墊非常舒服,凳下亦預備好收納袋,牆上面貼唔少呢間餐廳獎項資訊等等,本餐牌嘅選項多到嚇死人都算,連set餐可以揀嘅素食菜式都好豐富:印尼、泰國、廣東、西式、意大利,真系搵唔到位要彈

雖然凍檸茶唔啱我口味,比較飲慣英早茶底檸茶,麻麻地帶少花香伯爵茶配檸茶,不過呢樣只能講我嘅個人口味,呢間絕對要收藏,下次帶朋友過嚟🥰
