臨放工突然收到朋友電話約食飯聚下,佢極力推介位於尖沙咀棉登徑嘅「焱丸水產 」。由於無訂定枱,所以我哋最終等咗大約半個鐘,八點半入座🕤。餐廳人氣非常高,確係厲害👏。環境就如居酒屋一樣,周圍都貼滿海報,氣氛一流🏮。食飯期間,有其他食客慶祝生日,餐廳會熄哂燈唱生日歌,壽星開心爆!餐牌超大本同勁厚,圖文並茂,十分清晰。就如餐廳名一樣,呢度主打海鮮,刺身壽司以至各種浜燒應有盡有,花多眼亂🙈。就連飲品選擇都勁多。刺身5盛($280),五款刺身包括三文魚、吞拿魚、油甘魚、帆立貝同海膽。🍣全部刺身均有三件,兼且係厚切,口感十足。我自己最鍾意就係帆立貝,海膽亦都唔錯。蟹子蟹肉薯仔沙律($78),🥗沙律份量超多,而且係我最鍾意食嘅薯仔沙律🥔,撈勻左大量蟹子同蟹肉後,食落口感滿分,因為邊食邊爆漿,I like it💕。接著落嚟就係浜燒部份🔥,超期待的呢!餐廳其中一個好好嘅地方,就係店員會幫手燒,我哋淨係食就得😝。由於有燒爐嘅關係,餐枱呎吋較平日大張,好闊落。甲羅燒係必點推介項目🦀,我哋要咗焱丸蟹味噌甲羅燒($68)同黑松露蟹肉甲羅燒($68),兩者分別係在於有無黑松露,朋友唔鍾意食先叫咗原味。甲羅燒真係好好

甲羅燒真係好好食,未撈匀時清楚見到松葉蟹蓋入面有隻生鵪鶉蛋、味噌醃蟹膏、蟹籽同蟹肉。所有嘢夾埋一齊裝到滿滿的😍,燒大約五分鐘食得。

撈匀後當然無一開始出場時咁靚,但就反而散發住一份蟹膏嘅香味,食落甘甜鮮味,唔駛再添加任何調味料已經好好食😋,我個隻仲有少少黑松露香添。甲羅燒份量啱啱好,點到即止,但亦唔會唔夠喉。

另外,我哋仲嗌咗蠔同帆立貝,未燒前都覺佢哋大大隻,好好肉。燒帆立貝比較特別,因為有多款口味揀,食落先知真係各有唔同😳。

北海道海鮮炒飯($78),本身覺得食海鮮未必會飽,所以嗌定個飯預醫飽肚仔🍚。點知同我哋諗嘅相反,未食飯都已經飽咗七成。我幾欣賞炒飯炒得夠乾身,粒粒分明;但感覺調味可以重手啲,而家偏淡少少。

總括嚟講,呢餐屋酒屋海鮮晚宴幾唔錯,特別係啲浜燒海鮮🦐真係幾正,加上唔係咁多餐廳有得食。價錢方面,個人認為餐廳算幾進取,哈哈,不過無所謂啦,反正大把客,而且最緊要食得開心😁。最後,我聽聞餐廳係一間撐香港人嘅店💛。最後奉上餐廳完整餐牌以供參考🙏🏻。
