To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周日上環的日與夜實在大不同，午後的水盡鵝飛跟晚餐的一位難求，差距之大，難以聯想..一直向西環方向走，經過坤記煲仔飯不得其門而入，續來到這裡來，在西環屹立超過三十年的金祥排骨麵..看看周遭環境，應該沒有怎樣翻新再裝修過，保留有三十件前的老香港味道..鯪魚肉腐皮卷腐皮炸得香脆而不油，這裡的炸物很有水準..排骨麵著眼點，看看那上海麵，我是有點偏好幼麵，可是這邊的上海麵又真的不錯，上海麵吃的是其濃濃的麵粉香及其嚼勁，這小店都做得到，不簡單，豬扒的部份，一碟八件，件件炸得金黃，吃下又覺鮮嫩，是不是新鮮豬肉，問我就對了..沙爹牛肉飯其實是夜我是想有飯下肚，看到對面台的沙爹牛肉飯好像不錯，就要來試試，花生味濃濃的，優點不止於性價比，而是真的不錯..新鐵路尚未落成，這區的收樓動作卻已成風，要吃嗎？請趁早..
