To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我係禮拜六去食既,之前見到網上面寫午市第二位半價既優惠,果陣打電話去booking既時候有再確認過,而果陣職員係話都有呢個優惠。但今日去到先知話星期六日無呢個優惠…只可惜我無錄低當時既對話。講番今日既質素,首先手卷佢地寫佐係12:00開始有得拎,但最後12:15先有得拎。我認為雖然時間相差唔多,只係15分鐘,但都係欺騙顧客既行為,絕對有必要檢討下!另外海膽手卷既質素真係差佐好多,啲飯係熱既,啲海膽既份量仲要少佐好多。另一樣就係海鹽雪糕一拎番位已經係軟曬,溶佐咁,食完唔肚痛真係已經好好彩。總括就係呢間既質素真係差佐好多,性價比完全唔相等,質素下降佐好多好多
