To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到尖沙咀食野，個firend話想食Buffet，周圍搵搵下搵到呢間。睇落環境衛生都唔錯應該冇乜問題，而且選擇好似又幾多。最好味係蟹肉，幾鮮甜，但要次次食要剝殼有少少麻煩。海鮮類既食物都唔錯，有生蠔同各種刺身，味道尚可，生蠔唔係好大隻，同埋有D覺得唔係好新鮮。飯糰壽司等都一般般，冇乜肉，對於鍾意食肉既我黎講唔係好吸引；豬扒牛扒等都冇特別，就同平時食開既一樣。熱食都OK，正常份量，湯底偏鹹，最後都係靠碗麵食飽。總括黎講真係普普通通，但價錢就偏貴。
