今年選了在Pierre慶祝好友生日. 疫請雖稍為放緩但文華酒店防疫措施非常到位, 是晚在Pierre吃飯大家吃得很安心又開心. 7道菜晚餐, 份量精準. 憑著多年追⭐️經驗, 這裏不會像其他星級餐廳吃完前面的course已吃不下甜品或Petit Four. 有細意品嚐甜品的空間, 所以很覺得很完滿. Honestly the photos don’t justify the taste, service and ambience. Having been to Pierre Gagnaire restaurant in Seoul, Pierre in HK really is a top notch Michelin Star dining experience. Perfect for celebration and a special occasion. Such a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back again.
